New Year, Same Me

Happy New Year! If you’ve read my previous post then you know that I have been going through some things in my personal life. I would have like to have been more active with this blog however due to that plus career change, my time has been stretched thin. However for this year I have made a couple of goals, specifically for this blog and I would like to share them with you.

Goals!

1.     I want to quadruple the amount of visits to the blog. The numbers so far have been a surprise to me because sometimes I don’t feel like people necessarily care about the information I post but obviously you guys do, so I thank you. I just ask that when you see a post of mine, share it with a friend, loved one, enemy, stranger on the bus, whoever.

2.     I want to write at least 26 different posts focusing on a mental health subject. Basically an educational post every two weeks for the year. If there is anything specific you’d like me to break down, let me know. At the end of the day, I do this for your knowledge. I want to create an educational based blog of topics that interest you guys and that means I need your input as well.

3.     Lastly I want to increase my subscribers. I don’t have a numerical goal I’m shooting for. If I have at least one more subscriber I’m happy.

-       Kenneth’s Theoretical Belief System

o   This will be a more personal look at the way I process information. I will take a look at current events in the media and try to understand both sides of the situation and provide the most logical solution. This is not to say that I am right or wrong in the way that I think but to provide you with more information about how I think.
